I am here to help with stressful clients dealing with everyday life or needing some time to ground themselves and rewind. I use the standard Swedish deep tissue and some myofascial release. This helps bring attention to some muscles we use quite often, but tend to neglect.  Whether it’s physical, spiritual, or even emotional, massage is one of the many ways to heal and center ourselves.  I am always striving to grow as a massage therapist so I can provide the best experience for my clients.
