I graduated in 2020 from the Center for Natural Wellness School of Massage Therapy just outside of my hometown Troy in Albany, New York. My massages are personally tailored to your needs whether it be a need to unwind, relax, and let go or if you are looking for a more therapeutic/deep tissue approach. My guests often say I have an intuitive touch and let me “do my thing” because I tend to find their spots of need on my own, while also valuing communication as an important part of my work. I believe everyone deserves a chance to truly relax and the need to take care of oneself is uber important in today’s hectic outside world. I can adjust my pressure to your needs while my usual pressure is more so firm. I love massage therapy because of the connection I have and will build with clients past, present, and future.
