At Elixir we offer a Flex Massage Therapist position and a Core Massage Therapist position.  

Our Flex position is great for those that need A LOT of flexibility in their schedule but still want that security of being a W-2 employee. You can choose any 4 to 12 days each month that you want to work as opposed to having a set schedule.  Like to travel often, work another job or have kids? This is a great option. You would be trained in our Essential Massage and Enhancement menu only.

Our CORE position is for someone that wants a set stable schedule with benefits. A variety of shifts are available for both days and times that work for your life. (Minimum of 3 shifts per week including just one-weekend shift). The more days you work the higher your commissions. You will be trained on our full massage menu. You won’t be forced to do hours upon hours of just deep tissue or Swedish massage! We invest thousands of dollars in training each therapist on our unique protocols, coaching on how to succeed as a therapist, and on how to stay healthy and maintain longevity in your career.

Compensation includes hourly wage, a training wage, service commissions plus tips, health insurance, PTO, retail commissions, guaranteed commissions for no-shows, either a free facial or massage every month, and more.
