When should I cancel my appointment?

We always ask for at least 24 hours to cancel an appointment so we may have time to try and fill it with another guest.  However, your service provider will most likely be grateful for your cancellation even on the day of the appointment if you are feeling ill.  If you arrive for your appointment and appear to have any symptoms listed below or if your temperature is above normal when we take it upon your arrival we will ask you to reschedule for another time for the safety of our team and guests.  Our service providers will allow you the same courtesy if they are feeling unwell.  If a service provider calls out sick we will try to find you an alternate provider at a time as close to your scheduled time as possible or you may choose to reschedule with the sick provider later when they have recovered and returned to work.

What are the protocols for canceling?

Call us at 303-571-4455 as soon as you show symptoms.  If it is outside business hours, please leave a message with your name and phone number (speak slowly and clearly and repeat your number for accuracy).  Please do not just “no show” as you will be charged for the full cost of the service.
